Venue Spotlight: Lambton Estate

Best Intent Marquees operate throughout the North East and offer marquee hire in Newcastle and County Durham. Best Intent were delighted to be involved in the recent Bond Dickinson Clay Pigeon Shoot in aid of the Prince’s Trust.

This amazing annual event has raised an unprecedented £45,000 for the youth charity, a record for the event. John Marshall, Vice Chairman of Bond Dickinson, commented:

“We are proud once again to play our part in helping the excellent work of the Prince’s Trust in this region. The Prince’s Trust offers 13 to 30 year-olds the practical and financial support they need to change their lives for the better”.

The shoot took place on Friday 15 May at the historic Lambton Estate in County Durham and featured guest speaker, the comedian and Prince’s Trust ambassador, Omid Djalili.

Jointly hosted by Bond Dickinson with John Holland of J R Holland Food Services, the annual event saw 25 teams compete head to head for the coveted shooting prizes. Silent and live auctions also took place with lots ranging from signed rugby shirts to opportunities to drive a tank!

Best Intent Marquees provided the corporate hospitality marquee and arranged generator power, furniture and loos. Catering was provided by 1879 Events, the official caterers at the Stadium of Light, Sunderland Football Club.
