Ian is a well-known face around the Borders, formerly owning restaurants in both Galashiels and Melrose. Previous to this Ian was a hotel manager in the East Lothian area. He also owns Fauhope Country House B&B which has 5 AA stars. Ian is the partner who adds the sophistication to the marquees making sure the finishing touches are added with minimum fuss to provide exactly what the customer wants.
